Prices and Payment options
All prices quoted
are New Zealand dollars including GST. Special pricing
is available for overseas orders. Overseas customers
will be responsible for any customs, brokerage fees
and import duties. We endeavour to provide correct pricing,
photos and product descriptions however, W S Laurie
& Co. 2002 Ltd. will not be liable for any incorrect
price, photo or description and for this reason we reserve
the right to refuse any orders. Prices are subject to
change without notice. On our receipt of your order
you will be advised of shipping costs. If you are not
an account holder with W S Laurie & Co. 2002 Ltd.
full payment will be required before the goods are dispatched.
Payment terms for account holders are 20 days after
end of month. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Diners and NZ cheques. Overseas cheques will be accepted
but please allow one week for clearance. C.O.Ds will
not be accepted.
Shipping/Freight
Unless specified by you, your order will be dispatched via the most
economical courier. Orders will be sent once payment has been approved.
Delivery charges will be quoted per order. You will receive an order
confirmation via email once your order has been received. In the event of a
product being out of stock we will advise you of this by email. You should
receive your order within 3-5 working days.
Exchanges/Refunds
We will exchange or refund your order if you are not entirely satisfied with
the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition to W S Laurie
& Co. 2002 Ltd., Cnr. Beaumont and Pakenham Streets, Westhaven, Auckland
within 14 days of purchase. You must present proof of purchase and if the goods
are faulty we reserve the right to seek a repair before we offer a refund.
Faulty goods must be returned immediately. A small restocking fee may apply to
certain goods when returned for a refund. We are unable to accept returns for
cut lengths of rope, wire and for special orders. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
We will not pass on any of your contact details to any other company
or third party.
Liability
W S Laurie & Co. 2002 Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage
or expenses incurred by the use of or the inability to use our products.
